Terms of Service

I. General
By purchasing my service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the following terms.
It is within my rights to decline a commission.
Unless requested otherwise; I retain the rights to publish any commissioned piece on my social media and portfolio.
Any commissioned artwork can only be used for Personal Use.
Using the commissioned artwork for AI and NFT is strictly prohibited.
I can draw: OC, Fanarts, Mild-NSFW (BL/GL).
I will not draw: Mecha, Furries, Loli/Shota and Chibi.
II. Payment Methods
All payments must be made after we agree on a sketch.
Cancellation with refund is only possible if I have yet to start your order or we have yet to settle on a sketch.
Any cancellation after the sketch will only get a partial refund at most, depending on how far I am in the process.
The accepted methods of payment are: Paypal and ShopeePay.
**ShopeePay payments are available through Wise for overseas clients, please refer to their website for more details.
III. Process
The process could take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks once I start on your piece, I will notify you if there are any delays.
You will be notified and updated throughout the process.
Process images shared throughout the commission may not be used without my permission.
It is preferable if you could provide a reference such as the general mood/idea, poses and/or an image of the character you want me to draw
You will get 3 free revisions after the sketch. any extra revision will have an extra fee.
NOTE
Please do not rush me, I will be working on your commission as much as I can considering my schedule and health in order to deliver satisfying results, if there are any delays then I will notify you.
